Bronte Law, a golfer and new parent, is embracing a 'different' LET season with a fresh perspective. Law and her wife welcomed their son last November, and the golfer's journey back to the green has been an intriguing one.
"It's been a whirlwind! My wife and I are navigating the world of baby classes while I sneak off to the golf course. The early days have been a blur, but I'm loving every moment," Law shared.
The 30-year-old has been open about the challenges, especially getting back into shape with little sleep. "Finding time for workouts has been tough, but I'm committed to staying fit and healthy. I'm back on track with my training schedule now."
Law plans to participate in a third of the 30 LET events this season, which offer a record-breaking prize fund. She sees this season as a unique learning experience, balancing her golf career with her new role as a parent.
"Golf has taken on a new meaning for me. I'm approaching it with a lighter heart, knowing there's more to life than just the game. I'm excited to see how this new perspective affects my performance."
And here's where it gets controversial... Law admits she has no idea how she'll perform this season. With the Solheim Cup on the horizon, the pressure is on. "I'm not going to lie, my preparation hasn't been ideal. But golf has taught me that sometimes the best results come from unexpected places."
The LET season kicks off in Saudi Arabia, and Law will be among the golfers chasing Solheim Cup points. But her focus is on more than just the game. "I'm excited to see how my new perspective influences my play. Golf is still important, but it's not the be-all and end-all anymore."
